Matthias, the founder and CEO of Modern Solutions, is one of Finland's leading AV technology experts, with 20 years of experience and a solid background in project management.
Starting his AV technology career at a young age, Matthias later earned a degree in construction engineering, which strengthened his project management skills. This combination led him to lead some of Finland's largest AV installation projects in the 2010s. Years of experience working in city theaters, cinemas, ocean liners, and other high-end AV venues have equipped Matthias with a broad and deep knowledge base.
As an event technology implementer, Matthias has established himself as a trusted professional in various roles over the past two decades, from large seminars and festivals to smaller events, particularly when an experienced expert is needed to ensure smooth technical operations.
When founding Modern Solutions, Matthias set out to build an AV technology expertise hub in Finland and globally, offering clients access to cutting-edge AV opportunities. Despite the technical nature of the field, Matthias believes that customer service and supporting events and clients are the most important aspects of his work. For him, when a speaker successfully delivers their message or creates the desired impact on the audience, the technical aspect has been a success as well.

Originally from Kaustinen, Markus discovered his passion for music and AV technology at an early age. This passion led him to work in the festival and entertainment industries, before expanding into various technical roles in corporate events. Markus holds a Bachelor's degree in Media, specializing in performance and theatre technology, from the prestigious Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, which cemented his reputation as a reliable and skilled AV technology expert.
Markus's strengths include an exceptional service attitude and attention to detail, ensuring that all technical aspects are thoroughly reviewed. He guarantees that everything is set up and all details are finalized before the event begins.
