Grand One Gala
Modern Solutions Oy has been responsible for the video technology management of the Grand One gala since 2022.
Grand One is Finland's largest and most significant digital marketing and service design competition, which has been organized since 2002. The competition culminates in a gala held in the spring, where top experts in the field are awarded. As is typical for the industry, the gala features spectacular and carefully planned visual implementations, which are evaluated by a group of top professionals in the field. We are proud to have been chosen for the fourth year in a row to be responsible for this key area of the event – the management of digital content and the control of image technology.
Preparations for the 2025 gala began months before the event. We participated in planning work and workshops to define the technical implementation methods for screen content. By involving the content management team early in the planning phase, solutions can be found that not only increase production efficiency and save costs, but also improve the visual impact of the final result.
The event used three large LED screens, which were controlled – along with the soundtracks – by Modern Solutions. The program consisted of over 500 individual runs, which required not only technical precision but also the ability to work closely with the performers and production. Timely video starts and seamless runs are crucial for an impressive audience experience.
Nosteessa nyt
In May 2025, Noste Productions organized an impressive customer and stakeholder event "Nosteessa Nyt" at the atmospheric Hotel Hobo.
Modern Solutions was honored to be responsible for the technical implementation of the event – and it means a lot to us when top industry professionals choose us to implement their own event. It is a strong indication of trust and appreciation for our work.
The event was attended by approximately 70 invited guests. The breakfast program combined networking, delicious food and topical speeches. Guests were given an inspiring overview of artificial intelligence trends, and there was also a panel discussion on the current state and future of the event industry. Perspectives were presented by influential experts from different perspectives in the event industry – representatives of event producers, large companies and event organizers. The industry has been undergoing a major transformation in recent years, and it is no wonder that the in-depth discussion on the direction of the industry aroused great interest.
Modern Solutions was responsible for the event's audio and video technology, and we brought in our partner NextGen Event Solution to implement the event's lighting technology. The package included microphones, presentation equipment, and light but stylish decorative lighting, which added just the right amount of visual impact to the event. The event was highlighted by an impressive LED curtain designed and implemented by NextGen's Sampsa, which finished off the space with a wow effect.
CRUSH
Modern Solutions Oy was responsible for the technical implementation of the Crush 2025 event for the third year in a row.
The event was held at the Helsinki Stock Exchange Building, where the program was presented on two different stages. During the day, there was a wide range of seminars, lectures and panel discussions, and the evening culminated in a relaxed after-work networking session.
The technical implementation of the event required high quality and the ability to meet the demands of the diverse program content. Thanks to close and constructive dialogue, the production teams of Crush and Modern Solutions found solutions that allowed the program content to be implemented cost-effectively. The end result was a high-quality and impressive package for the audience.
The technical implementation utilized the existing framework of the Stock Exchange Building, around which the technology was supplemented by Modern Solutions. This included, among other things, sound for speeches and background music, as well as comprehensive image technology: presentation computers, slide changers, timers, support screens and media servers that managed the content visible to the audience.
We also provided ambient lighting for both program halls and the lobby. This allowed the valuable framework of the Stock Exchange Building to be visually highlighted in a way that matched the look of the event – in the familiar and striking pink splendor.
